  • Activate a new device

    Below you will be able to set up your MY ALERT BAND.  If you have not yet received your band, please wait until you have it as you will need the band number.


    If you scan the QR code on a band that has not been activated you will either see instructions for activation, demo information, or a piano sheet music depending upon when your band was manufactured.  All of these are normal and indicate that the band is new and has not been used before.  When your band is activated, this information will be replaced with your data.  


    You choose what information goes on your band; you may leave any field blank.  The only required information is the band number, the rest is up to you.  The more information you store on the band, the more value it will have to you.  You can edit your band at any time.

  • Edit an existing device

    If you have previously activaed a My Alert Band device, you may make edits here.  If this is your first time setting up your band, please go back to the menu and choose the option to "Activate a new device".

  • Link 2 devices

    If you have multiple My Alert Band devices with different ID #'s on them and would like to link the data so that each displays the same information on it when scanned, choose this option.

  • Deactivate a device

    If you have lost your device or have decided to no longer use your device and do not want your data to show up if/when the device is scanned, you may deactivate it here.  If you decide in the future to reactivate it you may contact customer support to do so.
