In order to provide the best possible service for all of our customers, which includes providing an ongoing service with no monthly charge, we have to prioritize all labor including the time and effort for packaging and shipping and the costs involved.  As such, our return policy is as follows:

Only unused and unopened packages can be returned without special authorization.  Tags & bands that have been activated are not transferable and cannot be returned.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

You must send the package with tracking as we are not responsible for lost packages.

If you send back an item that is not covered by our return policy and have not received special authorization, we will not refund the purchase and you will have to pay shipping charges if you want them returned.
