WARRANTY INFORMATION

My Alert LLC warranties all of its My Alert Bands and My Doggy Tags against mechanical defect and failure to scan properly.  In the event that any product is damaged or ceases to function regardless of mechanical defect, or damage from normal wear and tear, or due to accident, My Alerts LLC will replace the item with a "NO QUESTIONS ASKED" policy.  For whatever reason the device is rendered unusable we will replace the item and transfer data to the new device at a cost of $10 which includes shipping and transference of the data from the old device to the new.
